About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections that reassure and inspire confidence. Officers work with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, and greet students, faculty, and visitors. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at an hourly wage of $17. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a copy of a high school or GED diploma or transcripts in hand.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills.
• Mature demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least one year of security experience.
• Valid PILB in hand.

Responsibilities

• Greet students, faculty, and visitors, prioritizing customer service.
• Answer phones and use computer systems and other electronic tools.
• Observe, survey, and report detailed activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Perform foot patrols inside and outside the facility.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards professionally.
