About The Position

Securitas is hiring entry-level, full-time Security Officers. Officers serve as key members of the security team, monitoring environments, assessing situations, following protocols, and providing customer service as a friendly first point of contact. All shifts are available, and employees must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The pay rate is $21.50 per hour, with weekly pay.

Open interviews are held Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 545 Metro Place S., Suite 200, Dublin, OH 43017. Securitas offers career growth opportunities, including leadership roles, specialized training, and promotions from within, as well as an employee referral bonus.

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Have Driver Certification.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Have clear and effective communication skills.
