Open Interviews for Field Training Officers
About The Position
Securitas USA is hiring full-time, entry-level Security Officers. The role involves helping safeguard clients’ people and assets by remaining alert to surroundings, observing and reporting potential risks, and responding to situations that may affect safety and security. Officers are also expected to provide customer service as a friendly first point of contact and follow established protocols. All shifts are available, and employees must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The posting advertises open interviews Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 545 Metro Place S., Suite 200, Dublin, OH 43017. Pay is $21.50 per hour, with weekly pay.
Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Hold Driver Certification.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Be available for weekend shifts.
- Have critical-thinking, observation, instruction-following, customer-service, and communication skills.
