About The Position

DSI Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a truck gate assignment. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment through a visible presence and routine patrols. The officer observes, reports, and responds to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity; follows DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions; and interacts professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public. The position also requires accurate, timely reports and documentation, participation in training, and compliance with DSI safety procedures and manuals. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour. Required screenings include a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen. Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation and means of communication.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform frequent walking, standing, and movement throughout the shift, including routine patrols and moderate physical activity in all weather conditions.
Successful completion of required criminal background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
