About The Position

Joining our Security team, your role will be responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of safety and security for our residents, guests, and staff. You will do this by monitoring and patrolling our property, escorting/assisting residents and guests as needed, and more! In addition to protecting the assets of our community (patrol), you will handle minor emergency maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• High school Diploma or GED
• One year security experience
• Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record
• CPR, BLS, First Aid certification prior to start date
• Arizona DPS unarmed guard certification
• Can effectively and calmly communicate orally and in writing in English and make rational decisions in critical situations
• Ability to walk inside and outside of the Sagewood campus and stand and/or climb stairs approximately 75% of each shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to transport residents via wheelchair or other devices for up to 250 pounds
• Requires manual coordination to operate telephones, radio, computer, and other business equipment
• Normal vision and hearing required
• Compliance with LCE COVID-19 Vaccination Policy is required for this position for all LCS Community employees
