Schedule: Friday-Tuesday/ 8-hour shifts Location: Sagewood 4555 E. Joining our Security team, your role will be responsible for ensuring we provide the highest level of safety and security for our residents, guests, and staff. You will do this by monitoring and patrolling our property, escorting/assisting residents and guests as needed, and more! In addition to protecting the assets of our community (patrol), you will handle minor emergency maintenance.

Requirements

Ability to obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
High school Diploma or GED.
One year security experience.
Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record.
CPR, BLS, First Aid certification prior to start date.
Arizona DPS unarmed guard certification.
Ability to effectively and calmly communicate orally and in writing in English.
Ability to make rational decisions in critical situations.
Ability to walk inside and outside of the Sagewood campus and stand and/or climb stairs approximately 75% of each shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
Ability to transport residents via wheelchair or other devices for up to 250 pounds.
Requires manual coordination to operate telephones, radio, computer, and other business equipment.
Normal vision and hearing required.
May be exposed to communicable diseases including influenza, HIV and Hepatitis.
May be exposed to unpleasant odors, high heat levels, and institutional cleaning chemicals.
Compliance with LCE COVID-19 Vaccination Policy is required.

Nice To Haves

We can help with obtaining the Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
We can assist with obtaining the Arizona DPS unarmed guard certification.
