About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites in Bloomington and Peoria, Illinois, protecting people, property, and assets. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Officers serve as helpful, professional resources and ensure people on the property follow safety protocols.

The schedule is flexible, with second- and third-shift assignments available at various client sites. The position pays $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Responsibilities
