About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites in Bloomington and Peoria, Illinois. The role protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. Officers serve as helpful professional resources and ensure people on the property follow safety protocols. The position offers flexible scheduling, with second- and third-shift assignments available at various client sites, and pays $22.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities required.
Must participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
