About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Emergency Support in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
