About The Position

As a full-time unarmed patrol officer and driver with Allied Universal in Pleasanton, California, you will serve and safeguard clients at a healthcare location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors, patients, and staff professionally. The position emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a caring, people-first approach. The schedule is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pay is $27.55 per hour. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities
