About The Position

Titan Security is hiring Security Officers to provide customer service and security support at client properties. Officers assist visitors and others with directions and general business information, maintain front-desk records, control access, monitor cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to and document incidents. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a valid North Carolina Security License and to perform physical duties that may include lifting more than 50 pounds, walking patrols and stairs, and working in inclement weather. Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant position.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Be able to acquire and maintain a valid North Carolina Security License.
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting more than 50 pounds, conducting foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is required.

Being bilingual is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to people encountered while on duty, including directions and general business information.
Maintain clear and accurate front-desk administrative logs concerning people or property, including packages.
Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
Respond to property incidents, including emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
