About The Position

As a part-time Security Officer at a visitor arrival desk in Lewisville, Texas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide customer service. The role uses computer or tablet systems to support security operations and requires clear communication with employees and guests while helping maintain an orderly environment. The schedule is Friday and Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.75 per hour. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the front desk.
Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry records.
Monitor lobby activity, visitor management systems, and assigned security cameras and alarms; report unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, contacting appropriate site personnel or emergency responders when needed.
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while following site-specific policies, emergency response procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
