About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer for a vehicle patrol driving post at a food and beverage location in Edmond, Oklahoma. The officer will safeguard clients and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors through routine patrols, a visible presence, customer service, and clear communication. A valid driver's license is required for this driving position. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay. Applicants must meet the stated age and education requirements and are subject to background investigation and drug screening as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law.

Requirements

A valid driver's license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy, is required for this driving position.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, using a problem-solving approach and reporting observations to appropriate site contacts.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols through food and beverage production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points, check credentials as directed, and help deter unauthorized entry or prohibited activities.
Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions according to site-specific reporting procedures.
