As a Security Officer Full Time Guest Services in Trenton, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor activity, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial institution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
  • Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, manage visitor sign-in processes, and issue temporary access credentials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor access to the facility, receive and direct incoming calls, and communicate professionally with personnel, guests, and emergency responders.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
  • Maintain accurate visitor, access, and incident documentation, and promptly report security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.
