Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Staff the front desk and serve as a professional first point of contact, greeting visitors, providing directions, and maintaining a courteous presence in the commercial real estate location.
Monitor visitor access, verify identification and/or appointments, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate guest and access records.
Observe lobby activity and building entry points, report unusual conditions or security-related concerns, and coordinate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.
