About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Buffalo, New York. This customer-service-focused position works with people across different shifts and in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer helps provide a welcoming and reassuring experience while protecting people and property. The schedule is Thursday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; applicants must be able to work both shifts. Pay is $19.73 per hour. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York Security License.
• Be able to work both specified shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
