About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a concierge-focused Security Officer in Buffalo, New York. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while assisting people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer helps protect people and property by welcoming and guiding visitors, managing access, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and communicating security concerns. The position requires a New York Security License and availability for both listed shifts: Thursday and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $19.73 per hour. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a New York Security License.
• Be available to work both scheduled shifts: Thursday and Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
