About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer to serve as a Lobby Access Coordinator at a prominent commercial real estate location in Miami, Florida. The role provides front-desk security and customer service, including welcoming visitors, managing access, monitoring activity, and maintaining a visible, professional presence. The position is scheduled Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and pays $18.57 per hour. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. State or local licensing requirements may apply before employment. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions. Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
Fluent spoken, written, and reading ability in Spanish.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk and follow site-specific procedures and security policies.
Greet, screen, and direct visitors, tenants, contractors, and delivery personnel according to access-control procedures.
Monitor visitor activity, maintain accurate visitor and delivery records, and issue authorized temporary access credentials.
Answer incoming calls, provide general building information, and communicate routine requests to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and emergencies calmly and professionally, following established procedures.
