About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Patrol Observation Security Officer in Webster, New York, serving a food and beverage location. The officer conducts routine patrols, maintains a visible presence to help deter incidents, and supports a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role requires providing customer service, communicating clearly, and responding professionally to security-related concerns. The schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and Friday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout food and beverage production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities while maintaining professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
