As a Security Officer Secure Entry Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and credentialing points to help verify authorized access, direct visitors, and report unusual activity through proper channels.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and/or actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance or access issues.
• Support visitor management and badge control by checking identification, maintaining required logs, and communicating with property management and/or designated contacts regarding access requests.
