As a Security Officer Full Time Screening Integrity in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support security-related operations by screening individuals and materials, monitoring assigned areas, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and contribute to a reliable operation. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Screen individuals, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the logistics and distribution location in accordance with established procedures.
Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, and screening equipment; report irregularities, prohibited items, and policy violations to site leadership.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
