About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Entry Screening in Breinigsville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for communication and task management. Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with common software applications used in the workplace, such as email clients, word processors, and spreadsheets.
  • Customer Service Experience (B219): Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, which may be evaluated through email interactions. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain required visitor and delivery records.
  • Screen and direct vendors, contractors, and delivery drivers in accordance with facility procedures, including access to production, storage, and restricted areas.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required reports.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help identify unusual activity and support site operations.
