As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Processing in Circleville, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and help maintain a secure environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized personnel and vehicles in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor access points, gates, alarms, and surveillance systems; report unusual activity, access concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site emergency and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, buildings, and perimeter areas, documenting observations and reporting conditions that may require attention.
