About The Position

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will conduct routine patrols, primarily driving between assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to situations, support access control, and provide customer service and communication. The position is part time and pays $21.00 per hour. The listed schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on Monday and Sunday.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Primarily drive between assigned areas while maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
• Respond to situations and support access control.
