About The Position

Requirements

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21 years old.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery driver entry records.
Control vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit according to site procedures for trailers, deliveries, and restricted areas.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, access points, and loading areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
