Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional throughout the shift.
Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings, as applicable.

Nice To Haves

Previous security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to help prevent unauthorized access, security breaches, and suspicious activity.
Greet and assist employees, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
Control access to the facility by verifying identification, checking credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other security systems.
Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the property.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security-related concerns in accordance with established procedures.
Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
Enforce site-specific policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, employees, and fellow security team members.
Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate sound judgment while on duty.
