About The Position

As a Security Officer Manufacture Facility in Indiantown, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

• Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Support screening and checkpoint operations for employees, contractors, and/or guests while maintaining clear communication and professional interactions.
