Security Officer - Part Time Patrol Driver
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Patrol Driver Credential Audit in Roseville, California, to serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. The unarmed patrol driver supports a fast-paced operation by conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points, helping deter security-related incidents, and providing customer service. The role requires clear communication, professionalism, and teamwork. The position pays $19.40 per hour. The scheduled hours are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Part-time officers may use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while following site-specific security procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter, identifying and reporting unusual conditions.
- Monitor site access, verify authorized entry as directed by procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow emergency response procedures, and notify appropriate personnel.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports about patrol findings, incidents, access activity, and other security-related observations.
