About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Deerfield, Illinois. The officer will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and involves communicating professionally, responding to site needs, and supporting a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliability. The position pays $19.50 per hour. The listed schedule is Sunday and Monday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required before employment, depending on state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site-specific procedures.
Maintain accurate logs and reports as required.
