About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer for a warehouse site in Houston, Texas. The officer monitors security systems and screens for suspicious activity, helping identify threats before they escalate. The role also includes patrols, access control, incident response and documentation, and interaction with employees, visitors, and contractors. Officers use badge-management systems and intermediate computer applications to create badges. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday, 11 p.m.–6 a.m. The hourly wage is $16.00. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer is extended.
Have strong report-writing skills.
Have sharp visual activity, exceptional concentration, and strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
Have strong proficiency with technology.
Have a state license if required.
Be at least 21 years old.
Have a valid driver's license with no restriction B and a clean driving record.
Demonstrate a stable work history.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
