About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a tactical Security Officer to patrol sensitive areas, identify suspicious activity, control access, and help protect people and property. The role requires strong observation skills, the ability to anticipate risks, and the physical ability to move around and patrol for most of the shift. Officers may respond to threats and alarms, check security equipment, document incidents, and work with law enforcement during serious incidents.

Various shifts and schedules are available, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Weekend availability is required. The position pays $20.20 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand, sit, and/or walk for most of the shift.
• Have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
