About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for special-response and flex assignments across the Valley Wide area. Duties and sites may vary by day and special event, requiring adaptability across customer service, patrol, and surveillance work. The schedule requires open availability for day, swing, and night coverage, with 40 hours per week. The position focuses on protecting people and property, monitoring premises, responding to incidents, and maintaining security while providing customer service.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive, strong problem-solving skills.
• Have a state license if required.
