About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a valley-wide assignment. The role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, surveillance, and other security duties. Officers must adapt to changing assignments while helping protect people and property. The schedule requires open availability for day, swing, and night coverage, with 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
