About The Position

Securitas is hiring a dependable, professional Overnight Security Officer for a site in Billerica, Massachusetts. The role pays $22.50 per hour, with weekly pay, and is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Training is provided, and previous security experience is welcome but not required. The position supports a safe and secure environment during overnight hours and offers opportunities for career advancement and internal promotion.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, depending on site requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site access and verify authorized personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned property.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Respond to alarms and unusual incidents.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Follow site security procedures and company policies.
• Provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed.
