About The Position

The Security Officer at Dellshire Resort ensures a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, curators, and visitors. The role protects the property and its assets through routine patrols, monitoring activity, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed documentation, while demonstrating hospitality, integrity, and professionalism. Dellshire Resort is a themed, medieval-inspired destination in Wisconsin Dells scheduled to open in Spring 2026.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Nice To Haves

Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience.
Experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Patrol resort grounds, buildings, and parking areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activity, safety hazards, and security risks.
Monitor surveillance systems, fire panels, and alarm systems, and respond immediately to irregularities or emergencies.
Greet and assist guests, curators, and vendors professionally and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and composure.
Respond to medical emergencies, disturbances, and guest or curator concerns according to established safety and incident response procedures.
Complete accurate and clear incident and shift reports.
Enforce resort policies, procedures, and safety regulations fairly and consistently.
Collaborate with management and local authorities as needed during emergencies or investigations.
Conduct key control and property access audits.
Support lost and found procedures, including proper handling and documentation.
Participate in ongoing safety and emergency response training.
