About The Position

Securitas is hiring a dependable, professional Overnight Security Officer for a site in Billerica, Massachusetts. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment during overnight hours. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, at $22.50 per hour, with weekly pay. Security experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout an overnight shift.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, depending on site requirements.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and onboarding.
Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor site access and verify authorized personnel.
Conduct regular patrols of the assigned property.
Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
Respond to alarms and unusual incidents.
Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
Follow site security procedures and company policies.
Provide professional assistance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed.
