About The Position

The Security Officer will maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers in the North Dallas area. The role provides access control to the community, including checking identification and monitoring the entrance and exit of vehicles and construction workers. Officers are expected to provide excellent customer service, communicate with the client, report suspicious activity, respond to emergencies, provide first aid if necessary, and complete incident reports and accurate records. This is a full-time flex position paying $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security officer license.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Level 2 Officer – Non-Commissioned.
• Open availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe access and egress for visitors to the community.
• Maintain communications with the client.
• Monitor the entrance and exit of construction workers.
• Check IDs and ensure only authorized personnel are allowed on the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and customers.
• Report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records.
