About The Position

USENTRA Security Services is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious private school in Braintree, MA. This position is ideal for a security professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, professional environment and is comfortable interacting with students, staff, visitors, and school administrators.

Requirements

• Previous security experience required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must successfully complete the required background screening for this assignment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally with students, staff, administrators, and visitors
• Ability to perform regular walking and property patrols throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building and property patrols
• Monitor students entering and leaving the school to help maintain a safe environment
• Identify and report security, safety, and maintenance concerns
• Communicate directly with school administrators regarding issues requiring attention
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Respond appropriately to incidents and situations as they arise
