About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Emergency Aid Patrol Security Officer for a transportation location in Dallas, Texas. The officer monitors and patrols assigned areas, maintains a visible presence to help deter incidents, and supports a welcoming environment for travelers, employees, and visitors. The role involves providing customer service, communicating clearly, and responding to security-related concerns with integrity. Officers may use the Claim a Shift platform to view and claim additional shifts. The stated schedule is Thursday and Sunday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM. Pay is $18.11 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation in accordance with applicable law.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment, if required.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, follow site procedures, and communicate with appropriate personnel.
Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate with supervisors and site contacts about incidents and daily activities.
