About The Position

As a full-time Security Officer in Little Rock, Arkansas, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. You will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying badges and access credentials, supporting visitor management, and responding to security-related concerns. The role requires providing outstanding customer service, communicating clearly with team members, and reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $15.40 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing may be required before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by following site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, authorizations, and visitor or driver information according to site procedures.
Maintain accurate access-related records, including visitor logs, driver entries, package or delivery documentation, and incident reports.
Respond calmly and professionally to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
