As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Driver in Stone Mountain, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a financial institution, you will help maintain a welcoming, professional environment by managing access points, verifying credentials, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will use computer or tablet systems, provide outstanding customer service, and may drive as part of assigned duties. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals in accordance with established procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-related documentation in accordance with site requirements.
