As a Security Officer Full Time Credential Driver in Stone Mountain, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a financial institution, you will help maintain a welcoming, professional environment by managing access points, verifying credentials, monitoring entry activity, and responding to security-related concerns. You will use computer or tablet systems, provide outstanding customer service, and may drive as part of assigned duties. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals in accordance with established procedures.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and access-related documentation in accordance with site requirements.
