About The Position

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. The officer serves as a helpful professional resource while ensuring people on the property follow safety protocols.

This is a full-time unarmed security position at a site in Douglas, Arizona, paying $15.35 per hour. Duties include maintaining a secure environment, responding to incidents, enforcing policies and safety regulations, protecting sensitive information, resolving conflicts, controlling access, patrolling buildings and outdoor areas, and operating surveillance and alarm equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• Must participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
