About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Response Security Officer for a retail outlet in Livermore, California. Duties and assignments vary by day and special event, requiring the officer to adapt among customer service, patrol, surveillance, and response activities. The role includes schedules of 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; flexible availability and weekend availability are required. The hourly wage is $21. Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Have at least 6 months of security officer experience.
Hold a valid California driver's license.
Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
Have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training can be obtained during the hiring process.
