About The Position
As a Security Officer - Operations Patrol Driver in Goodyear, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a logistics and distribution location. This unarmed driving position involves routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role requires a valid driver’s license and emphasizes customer service, clear communication, teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care. The position is full-time and pays $20.50 per hour. The listed schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements vary by state and local law and may be required before employment.

- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
- Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
- Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.
