About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Officer - Operations Patrol Driver in Chandler, Arizona. The role serves clients at a technology infrastructure location, providing security and customer service in a dynamic technology setting. The officer conducts unarmed patrols, maintains a visible presence, responds to incidents and alarms, supports access control, and reports unusual conditions and policy violations. This is a driving position requiring a valid driver’s license under Allied Universal policy. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Pay is $24.10 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require being at least 21 years of age.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification.
A guard card or license.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations while following site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, perimeter, parking areas, and access points.
Monitor and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
Assist with access control, visitor screening, credential verification, and documentation of daily activities and incidents.
