As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Support in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the banking location, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or activity.
• Monitor entrances and exits, observe visitor and employee activity, and assist with maintaining orderly access to the location in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response procedures.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications accurately and in a timely manner.
