As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Alarm Panel Driver in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and respond to alarms and other security-related concerns. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to store customers, employees, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor for unusual activity, potential theft, policy violations, and other security-related concerns, and report observations according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
