Requirements

  • Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
  • Monitor access points, visitor activity, and available security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
  • Support a professional front-desk environment by providing information, managing incoming communications, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
