About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Driver Patrol Deterrence to serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution in Riverview, Florida. This unarmed driving patrol role involves providing customer service, maintaining a visible presence, conducting patrols, monitoring access and visitor activity, and responding to incidents. The position requires a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located. The role is full-time and pays $19.57 per hour. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required for this driving position.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location, following site-specific procedures and policies and performing emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
