As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driving Role in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, trailer yards, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify approved entry and exit activity, and document unusual conditions, damaged equipment, and/or policy concerns for follow-up.
Support orderly operations by observing vehicle and foot traffic, assisting with directions, and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related matters and/or operational concerns.
